About
For our high school senior project, my friend and I designed, built, and tested a 3D printed quadcopter frame. We went through several iterations of design before we settled on our final design.

We printed a couple of the final frame to take on test flights as we expected a failure mode to be the vibrations from the motor delaminating one of the arms. Which in the end turned out to be correct. We were able to extend the flight time of a frame by putting a thin layer of epoxy around it to strengthen the layer adhesion of the frame.
